Delivery times - normal and express

  • Normally 12h but for some products it will be longer.
  • Basic+ has options up to 72h.
  • See information on each product description page.
  • If you need a faster delivery time: ask for Express priority, and write the desired time for delivery.


Input specifications - what we need from you

  • Draw a sketch by hand or take a picture of an existing plan
  • The quality can be very simple as long as it is clear
  • Apps like cubicasa and floorplanner (IOS only) works for rough input sketches. Scan the property, and send us a print screen
  • Upload the sketch to a share link, or together with the raw-files if you order photo editing on the same order

Are the floor plans furnished?

The different products have different defaults. Each product page tells what is the standard for the style.

On most of floor plans, you can change the default without extra cost. Click the button to see the keyword you should use to order the change.

Furnishing


Measurements

  • Measurements inside or outside the walls can be added.
  • On most of floor plans, adding measurements is without extra cost
  • Dimensions are in metrics

Keyword: Room-measurement 

Add the room size of each room in Length x Width.

Can be applied only on 2D.

Keyword: Wall-measurement 

Adding the Length x Width outside the wall.

Can be applied only on 2D.

Keyword: Room-dimension

Add the size of each room in Length x Width.

Can be applied on all floor plan types.

Add the area of each room

Can be applied on all floor plan types.

Can you add my logo?

  • Yes we add your company logo on request. On most types and, without any extra cost.
  • We accept many formats PNG or jpeg are preferred.
  • The logos are stores in our library once received.

Extra features - Keywords

Our Keywords are pre-set words that help you tell us exactly how you want your photos to look.

Instead of writing something like "make it bright and natural"—which different editors might interpret in different ways—using a keyword gives us a clear, shared language. It’s the best way to avoid misunderstandings and make sure you get the exact result you're looking for every time.


Branded styles

  • We offer several agency branded layouts.
  • The branded products are tied to the Real Estate agency brands. They can be ordered by anyone working for or delivering to that agency.
  • The branded floor plans are less flexible in adding or removing features, they have been approved by the agency


Choose between several unique templates for Real Estate Agencies. The branded products are presented on each services product page.

Send us your ideas if you want us to make a new unique template. It can be with logo, a specific color, font or text blocks. Making a new branded product is free of charge.

Reject the order

If you think something is wrong or missing, Reject the order so we can make an assessment and reedit. If you fix something on the order yourself, and don't return it for us to be able to do it, we will not reduce the initial cost. Imagedesk must get a chance to correct its own errors, before completing and closing the order.

Pricing

The floor plans differ in price. All prices are displayed on the order form when you select a product.
